This guy was real lost (supposedly it was his first time doing the n20), but I present to you something most people who film buses won't do because they don't want the driver to say anything, a front view video. Well, this is a full front view. Enjoy!
The dispatch at NICE Bus did not give the drivers a heads-up on any detour around the Little Neck-Memorial Day Parade on Northern Blvd that stretches from Douglaston to Great Neck.
I was waiting to see what this driver would do, and tried not to say anything until the end. But this whole experience certainly makes a good video. The bus was heading to Flushing, so he made the right from Middle Neck Rd onto Northern Blvd and kept going, at one point trying to pass the NCPD (lazy cops) who put flairs down and were blocking the street. He then made a right onto Tain Drive in University Gardens actually running over the flairs, then a right on Melbourne Rd and a right on Merrivale Rd to come back out to Northern Blvd. He then made a right again, then made a U-turn, then finally went back up to Middle Neck Rd to make the right. But when he reached the L.I.E. service road, instead of bearing left to continue on it, he beared right and ended up going through a residential area of Lake Success and ended up by Little Neck Pkwy, forcing another left and finally ending up back by Long Island Expressway. The rest was the usual detour for the most part.
